Shipping time: It is handmade and should not be exposed to the sun for baking. It needs to be air-dried naturally. It will dry faster on sunny days. Generally, the product will be shipped within 18 days after the order is placed.

Purely handmade: Each product is meticulously crafted by hand. There will be slight imperfections by default. Products cannot be exactly the same. We sometimes have to adjust the position of charms to fit your phone case. Charms may be added or reduced due to different model. Perfectionists should think twice before placing an order. Returns and exchanges are not supported.

Phone models: It can be made for almost all phone models. For phone models that are not listed as options, please make a note when placing the order.

Design accessories: There is a possibility that some accessories may be out of stock. Similar accessories will be used, which will not affect the overall effect.

After-sales service: If the cream glue becomes damp and soft, please air it out for a few days before using it. Once it's completely dry, it will be quite sturdy. In case of the edges lifting or small accessories falling off, you can stick them with glue.
